What you are actually buying

The Desco is a stationary elevated feeding stand with a bent-plywood frame and German-made porcelain bowls. It is not an automatic dispenser, does not connect to an app, and does not provide RFID access control.

Why the raised design may matter

A raised feeding station can make food easier to access for some cats, while silicone buffers reduce bowl rattling and non-slip feet help keep the stand in place. Comfort depends on the individual cat’s size, posture, mobility, and feeding preference; an elevated bowl is not a medical treatment.

Cleaning and everyday ownership

The porcelain bowls are listed as dishwasher-safe, while the wooden frame should be wiped gently and kept dry. Ask whether replacement bowls are currently available before purchasing, particularly if the feeder will be used daily in a multi-cat home.

GOOD FIT

You want stable, attractive porcelain bowls

Your cat prefers a raised feeding position and you are willing to maintain the wooden frame carefully.

LOOK ELSEWHERE

You need scheduled or protected feeding

Choose a genuine automatic or RFID feeder if timed dispensing, portion programming, or access control is the main problem.

Measure before ordering

  1. Check the bowl height against your cat’s normal eating posture.
  2. Measure the feeding area, including room for cleaning and movement.
  3. Confirm the bowl material suits your household and the current finish matches your space.
  4. Review shipping, replacement bowls, and current return terms before checkout.
