The MiaCara Sito is a premium manual litter box, not an automatic appliance. Its powder-coated aluminum casing is designed to resemble furniture, while a compostable cardboard insert holds litter and lifts out for replacement.
The hidden ongoing cost: refill inserts
The merchant says inserts generally need replacement after one to two weeks, depending on use. Refill packs and an optional cushion are sold separately. Before buying, calculate the annual refill cost and check current stock rather than treating the premium purchase price as the whole expense.

Which cats should avoid it?
The seller explicitly says Sito is not the right fit for cats that spray. Also confirm the entrance, interior space, and enclosure suit large, anxious, older, or mobility-limited cats. A furniture-like exterior is only valuable when the cat is comfortable using the box.
You value design and easy insert changes
Your adult cat accepts an enclosed box, you understand the refill costs, and the footprint suits your home.
You need automation or a cat-safe open top
This model does not scoop automatically and may not suit spraying cats or cats that avoid enclosed litter spaces.
Shipping and returns need a closer look
The product page lists delivery estimates and a limited return period, but conditions can change. Confirm current shipping charges, duties, return eligibility, and whether used or assembled products are excluded before checkout.
